Applying is simple! You can submit your application online, via a PDF form, or onsite at our campus. Once you complete the form, our team will verify your details, and upon approval, you’ll receive an Offer Letter to confirm your enrollment.

Yes! SCBM is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and all our courses are accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), ensuring your qualification is recognised across Australia.

Attendance is essential, but if you miss a class due to valid reasons, you must coordinate with your trainer to catch up on missed content. Repeated absences may affect your ability to complete the course successfully.

The duration varies by course. Short courses can be completed in a few days, while Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs typically take 6–12 months, depending on study mode and student progress.

Some courses may have additional costs for learning materials, assessments, or re-enrollment if necessary. All fees are transparently outlined before enrollment.

Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation:
✔ Before course commencement – A refund is available after deducting an admin fee ($500 for full qualifications, $75 for short courses).
❌ Within 7 days of course start – No refunds are granted.
❌ After course commencement – No refunds unless under exceptional circumstances.

If eligible, refunds are processed within 28 business days via direct credit transfer to your nominated account.
